I've looked trough the covers that are here and I can't find any that applies to this specific version.

This is not Phantom's version nor WVmonsters. The DVD doesnt include any credits but if anyone of you know more, please fill in

It would be nice to have a new cover or any of the existing one here and add something like "Upgraded audio from mp3 source by SomeAuthor" or something like that ! Anything is appreciated!

AFAIK there is no lossless version of this particular source.

Also: Why is there a cover of December the 8th??! Does that show really circulate !?
