I use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to select areas, then invert the selection and Edit>Clear it. It's simple but looks good, and Metpage has that same thing done to the bottom of the header graphics.@Spawn - How is it exactly that you do those cut outs for the pictures? Is "one-click" button in photoshop that can produce that or is it all done by hand?
