Thanks for your patience. Since Kat and I are working on making a set of covers for the Damageinc shows we are working out all the details of what we want to be in the template (the same on all the covers) and what can be different. This cover is essentially finished. I will have it to you in a couple days. Thanks

All the other insignificant words are capitalized, so those should be as well. I've been capitalizing them in my covers too, as a convention.
I don't really care for dates in MM-DD-YYYY format, but it works. If you do leave it in that format, I would make the "th" smaller, possibly a subscript or superscript.
The cover looks great, nice work.

Yeah those are the typos I was referring to. So I'm glad there wasn't more. I normally date my covers in the DD-MM-YYYY format, but since the menus area date in the M-DD-YYYY format, I decided to date the cover that way too. I will change the TH to th.
