OK since I copied and pasted from spawn's post, there shouldn't be anything wrong with this cover, but make sure I changed everything on all the parts please.

Technically, there should be a comma on the spines between VA, USA (also, you could probably fit "Virginia" on the spine without abbreviating it). Everything else is good.
