Are those actually chapters on the DVD or just from a setlist site?

Master of Puppets / Enter Sandman

Are both songs on the same chapter?

I realized that the cover in our gallery was already for source #2 (please search our gallery before posting requests for cover artwork), but it has a different tracklist (it could have been taken from the setlist though).

Do you have the first source of this show, or know where I could find an info page for it?

I looked on my dvd´s and this setlist i post above is also the tracklist. Its confirmed. Puppets and Sandman are on single Chapters. I can email you screens from the menue where you can see all teh chapters and the tracklist.
